    I'm a large guy who doesn't come suit shopping often. My father in law died and I need a nice suit for his funeral. The staff were measuring up some men before me so I waited with my wife. The guy measuring then passed me to his colleague because they didn't have my size in stock. The second man proceeded to try to sell to me call me love and when I requested to know my size he looked at me and said sizes that I know are wrong. Not even trying to measure me with a tape! I'm now furious that I have driven all the way from Corby to specifically get measured and these people make me feel like crap. They need sacking for driving customers away!

    awful experience with this store. especially with the manager ricardo. staff moaned about us coming for final fit on the sunday before the wedding on the following friday. one suit the wrong colour, one pair of trousers not even ordered . and garments of the wrong size. replacements ordered for home delivery on the tuesday did not turn up. phoned the store and spoke to the rude manager who in the end said you can always get a refund , ( 2 days before my daughters wedding) and hung up. phoned customer services to complain who then said that he had hung up due to my language, absolute lie. just covering his ass. they now just trying to sweep it under the carpet, awful company.

    All good apart from the fact that there’s no way of telling who are the staff and who are the customers in smart clothing (most) as moss bross staff don’t ware badges or have a dress code apart from smart. Also it’s not clear where to queue. There’s a counter at the back with a sign that says “hire” or a desk in the middle of the shop. I spent a few minutes standing at the hire counter before I realised that the people on both sides of the counter were all customers. Eventually went to the other desk but wasn’t sure they dealt with hire at this desk until I got served. I did give feedback in store but wasn’t sure they politely told its just the way they do things

    Service at Rushden Lakes Store Dear Moss Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Rushden Lakes store today. As a customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism when shopping, especially from a well-established brand like Moss. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. I asked a staff member for different sizes, as your sizing differs from other retailers. Instead of being helpful, the employee responded sarcastically with, “Please don’t kill me now.” This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I had intended to purchase more items, but the attitude and general disinterest from the team put me off entirely. One staff member was wandering around aimlessly, another was on the phone, and the one assisting me seemed visibly annoyed at having to bring alternative sizes. As a business owner myself, I find this level of service unacceptable. Staff should be trained to create a welcoming and helpful environment from the moment a customer enters the store—not one where customers feel like a burden. Sadly, the experience today was the opposite. I have looked on your reviews and people have complained about the staff and you haven’t done anything about it so far . I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider reviewing the customer service standards at your Rushden Lakes branch. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience, not one that leaves a sour impression.

    We decided to get our groom, FOB and best man suits from Moss at Rushden Lakes. Our initial impression wasn't great as the lady who served us was rather rude. However as soon as Grant the manager spotted things weren't going to plan he stepped in and for the rest of our experience we were well looked after. The suits were excellent quality and the sizing and collection process was simple. The suits looked fabulous on the day. Grant even ensured he was working the day I dropped the suits back to see how the day went.

    We bought a shirt, cufflinks and a tie for my husband. It was hard to get someone to help us find what we needed. Eventually a gentleman with a long brown hair came to help us find what we were looking for. Small shop with a decent selection of products

    Went to the Rushden Lakes store early this morning to buy a suit for a wedding. There was also another man who came in after me who wanted a suit too. There were three members of staff, none of them really wanted to help, we persuaded one to assist but to be honest we just felt like we were inconveniencing him. My wife asked the other staff members a couple of questions, they also seemed more interested in the computer and some parcels than helping.The other man didn’t get much help either. I left empty handed and went to NEXT, very helpful staff and we purchased a suit. We also met the other man in there who said that he had felt the same in Moss Bros. Potential sales of two suits lost!

    We Visited Moss Bros to look for a dress shirt for my very slim and tall son, Ruben attended to us and with just a measure of his neck Ruben was able to determine what style and fit was correct for him. Sure enough the fit was perfect first time. Ruben was pleasant polite and certainly knows his product. He is an asset to your company. thank you Ruben we will return K Dines

    I went to moss bros with my boyfriend so that he could buy a new suit. A member of staff called reuben help us pick out a suit and I can honestly say I've never had such exceptional customer service. Ruben was really patient as it took a while to find the right size and really went out of his way to help my boyfriend find a perfect fit for his suit.he was friendly professional and just fantastic. Thank you so much
