“First time ordering from in bloom and I was not disappointed the flowers delivered were Beautiful flowers as advertised see photo attached. Price was unbelievable, I also contacted the shop who advised me that the flowers were on their way to my friend in the AM time slot that I had booked. She absolutely loved them. I would definitely use this shop again and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful service and beautiful flowers.”

Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was the friendliest person who I built an instant rapport with. “I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all. As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.”

“Had a fabulous lunch here. The food is exceptional, as is the service. The waitresses couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. Our main waitress, Gosia, was wonderful. We asked her if we could change a few ingredients in some of the dishes, which wasn't a problem at all. She made sure we had everything we needed, was funny and truly lovely. The ambience and lighting is very warm and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this Zizzi, at Rushden Lakes. 10/10!!!”

I am lucky I only live round the corner but friends of mine will even go there from the other side of Higham Ferrers passing other convenience stores along the way!”

“The only thing I dislike about Waitrose is I spend too much here as the charcuterie range is amazing! A little pricey, but you're paying for quality and quality is what you get. I may not shop here on a regular basis but everyone once in a while it's nice to treat yourself to some quality food.”

“I’ve not had much luck with my last two pairs of Merrell walking shoes, but they are the best fit for my feet. So when one of the lace loops broke on my second pair, which I had had for 2 months, I returned them to Cotswold Outdoors. Exchanged for exact same shoe, hopefully they’ll be ok. I do wish they stocked more Merrell walking shoe designs, there isn’t much choice. The service from the member of staff was very helpful.”
