   I contacted HiQ to enquire about replacing my car's engine after several recommendations. I was promptly provided with a quote over the phone with excellent customer service from Gary, including recommendations to get the clutch changed at the same time, and advised they should be able to get the work done before Xmas. And they did!.. within two days of dropping it off to them! Fantastic service! Quick, efficient, thorough, friendly, trustworthy, superb customer service, and provided such reassurance having been through a stressful breakdown. We'll definitely be going back and highly recommend.

   Went in to have 2 tyres fitted on my wife’s car, I also asked them to check brakes for me as it was going into main dealership for a service and didn’t want to get ripped off, I was taken to the car and shown the lip on the front discs and also shown pads at 50%, was never told they had to be replaced but decided to go ahead and get it replaced, new tyres, pads and discs completely replaced in around 2 hours, will be my go to place from now on, highly recommend

   Fault a front tyre on high kerb. Wrecked the tyre, needed replacement. Have one of the ridiculous cars that now don't have a spare. Needed to have a call out, managed to get one same day even when they were short staffed. Chap who came was very polite and efficient, even though it was a tight squeeze to get his large van into our access road at rear of house. Can't thank them enough, great job guys.

   I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all. As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.

   Fantastic service - Gary on the phone did everything to help me out in terms of a smashed off wing mirror. Once the part was delivered online, he was able to fit me in the next day to have it installed. Took only an hour and was installed with no problems. Very happy to be going here whenever I need something with my car!

   Worst garage I've ever been too. Selling you things you don't really need is all they do. No customer service, just take your money and get you gone. Plenty of better garages in Rushden.

   Absolutely fantastic service. Realised my MOT had expired the day before, called HiQ Rushden first thing in the morning and they managed to fit me in despite having a packed garage. Fantastic service, professional and managed to get repairs done same day. I can't recommend this garage enough and am really grateful they could help out! Also - honest pricing, all repairs explained in a friendly and understandable way.
