“Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. I agreed I was happy with him concluding the Re-Gas and was told it will last's as long as it last's, Can't say fairer than that, So a big thankyou to the young man that did the work. I had a terrible experience with a car that was in for repairs and when the warranty provider only wanted the minimum done to get it back on the road, Rushden declined the job, sent me the information of needed repairs and helped me all along the process of getting the car removed. Though the vehicle was finally dealt with through legal procedures, the information and guidance in the early stages was so reassuring when no one else was there to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially those who are uncertain about what there vehicle really needs.”

“I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all. As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.”
