Cannot thank Rushden Tyres for the outstanding service I received from Eugene. Took my car in which had developed a clonking noise on Saturday. Eugene explained where the noise was coming from and why. He called me Monday morning with the price of work to be carried out. Then he called Monday afternoon to say my car was ready.. Whoever did the oil and filter change on my Honda Civic last October, hold your head in shame. Silicone sealer around the sump plug bolt, a dowty washer instead of a crush washer. And to top it all off, the Napa cartridge oil filter twisted, the end of it damaged with black plastic flakes of the filter had dropped into the engine filter aluminium assembly recess! How the hell can you get a simple job like this wrong!!! Luckily I managed to fish the bits of plastic out and it didn't damage the engine. Shoddy workmanship!
Phoned up as I was stuck in Wellingborough with every place fully booked or closed. The manager answered I asked him if he could fit me in on the day to get two new tyres. He was fantastic and said that he had my size tyres and could do them no bother bring your car down and true to his word all done and a great price. Would definitely be going back also definitely recommend to everybody.
Went in to have tyre replaced, super quick & friendly service & great price! Even gave helpful information to us for future. Back 2 years later for some new tyres and again, fantastic customer service, advice and chat, got it sorted really quickly too.
Very knowledgeable staff. Travelling from Swindon to Bedford and tyre pressure light came on on Kia Picanto, lovely gentleman checked all pressures and reset the tyre pressure sensor and didn’t want anything for it. Thankyou so much!
