He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! There were a couple of very minor things which needed dealing with before picking up the car and unfortunately they had not been done when we arrived on the agreed handover day. However Dan got onto the workshop straightaway and the jobs were completed there and then meaning we could still take the car away the same day which was a relief. “Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. “After travelling to visit various advertised cars and being put off by the dealerships etc I finally spotted the vehicle I was interested in locally at Winslow ford. I checked out the reviews and they were positive so gave Tony a ring. Tony was honest with me and mentioned due to a change in the company he hadn't got the keys for the car but said for me to test drive a similar car in the meantime. Long story but the car had to be returned but Tony didn't give up and went to auction again to repurchase it. He did so and now I am the proud owner. I'd like to thank Tony and Sara for making it a pleasant experience even though I had to spend my money. I'm so glad I didn't jump in on any of the previous dealerships. Thanks again.”
