“I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all. As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.”

“I’ve just bought a car from Croyland Car Megastore, and the experience was great from the beginning to the end. We were helped by Dan Little who was very friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. There were a couple of very minor things which needed dealing with before picking up the car and unfortunately they had not been done when we arrived on the agreed handover day. However Dan got onto the workshop straightaway and the jobs were completed there and then meaning we could still take the car away the same day which was a relief. Great customer care, thank you Dan and we may well see you again!”

“Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. I agreed I was happy with him concluding the Re-Gas and was told it will last's as long as it last's, Can't say fairer than that, So a big thankyou to the young man that did the work.
