They take the time to explain the work being done and ensure you fully understand the process. They always get my car back to me quickly, without compromising on quality. They truly care about their customers, couldn’t recommend more !!
I can’t fault the care I have received from this company. They have always been there when I have needed them to fix my car. I’ve used Rushden MOT centre a few times now for major work on my mini cooper with a clutch replacement and cam chain - a fantastic job done each time! Staff are very friendly and helpful and give advice if they spot a fault on car as well as being very honest - my original quote for the cam chain was reduced as they never used a part they thought they would, they didn’t have to tell me but they did and reduced the bill!! I REALLY appreciated that!!! Whilst car was getting the work done they even gave me a car to use so I could get to work and back!! I really couldn’t have asked for a better service and I Highly Recommend Rushden MOT Centre to anyone who’s looking to get their car fixed or replscenent parts etc 10/10 cheers!!!
This is one of the few places I have ever dealt with that were reassuring, honest and helpful. I had a terrible experience with a car that was in for repairs and when the warranty provider only wanted the minimum done to get it back on the road, Rushden declined the job, sent me the information of needed repairs and helped me all along the process of getting the car removed. Though the vehicle was finally dealt with through legal procedures, the information and guidance in the early stages was so reassuring when no one else was there to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially those who are uncertain about what there vehicle really needs.
Took my car here for an MOT on Tuesday. The ginger man who did my MOT couldn't lock my fuel cap...was a bit to hard for him so decided to just fail it and try and charge me a replace. I have worked in the trade for 20Years so i know full well if it was broken or not. Asked for my keys had two people follow me out to the car to show them how to lock a fuel cap....and just like that they passed me. Please don't bring your vehicle here if you know nothing about cars. I was lucky as i know what im talking about but people that no sweet F A about cars wont be lucky. The only person that apologized was the women on the front and she as lovely. The rest of them didn't even say sorry. He shouldn't be allowed to do MOTs if he doesn't even know how to lock a fuel cap. Please DO NOT take your car there to be ripped off. Its happened to a few people i know so it wasnt just me. Beware
I had my Porsche wheels aligned last year and Craig was really helpful and genuinely helped to keep my costs down. My bonnet leaver broke in my car on friday evening i was really stressing out so close to Christmas and a weekend on top of that i called Craig as usual he was really helpful invited me down and sorted my problem out I can't speak highly enough of the guys they are all really helpful and go the extra mile to help you i would always recommend these guys. They will always have my business and gratitude.
