Super helpful and lovely! I was sent here by kwik fit to get an airbag issue fixed before my MOT, and I’m glad I’ve found a reliable car garage now. I will definitely be using JVS again!

Broke down the other day and my car was unable to start up again, RAC towed me to JVS and the service was excellent from everyone especially Andy! Was told it was linked to the ECU and thought the worst but had frequent updates on the process and a much quicker fix than I thought, would highly recommend!!
Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. I agreed I was happy with him concluding the Re-Gas and was told it will last's as long as it last's, Can't say fairer than that, So a big thankyou to the young man that did the work. Side note, The A/C is working very nicely thanks :-)
Found off of wellingborough Road, behind white arch caravans you can find JVS in the corner. They have 2 units. Pop in reception and there's a small waiting room. In the mot area there's a small viewing window with 2 seats. They do servicing to a high standard with mots. They also repair motorcycles. I've found these guys to be one of the best in the area, and certainly make you feel welcome. If you go on their website you can also do online booking. Definitely recommended.

The people that work here are amazing my car went from completely not working to them fixing my whole engine and my electricals! Can’t praise them enough for there services and the way they made me feel so reassured about everything I would email on the daily to see how my car was getting on in pure panic and they always knew how to calm me down even there wording in emails were spot on and amazing! The lady on reception was a diamond when it came to picking up the car she made me feel at ease with some questions I had! I asked for a mot there they got me booked in and of course it passed because they’re experts on every little detail to my car! They said any questions don’t feel hesitant to call or email which I do as I’m an overthinking and suffers with anxiety! Honestly go to thease guys they’re amazing! Thank you so much to Jason who was emailing me during all of this and the team! Great friendly service and communication is great!!
Always helpful, no matter which vehicle I ask them to work on, sometimes busy, but it is worth the wait if you have to!
