   Had a very strange and extremely disappointing experience with this garage, which was a shame as I had very high hopes after the many good reviews. Took my car in on 20th Nov to diagnose a fault light, and they were originally quick at contacting me over the next two days with updates and even topped up my oil as part of the checks, which they didn't charge me for (despite offering). However, once the issue was diagnosed I was told to take my car home and await a call with a follow up quote and appointment to complete the work. I waited a week but heard nothing, to be told when I called back to chase that the person dealing with my quote had been on holiday, and that they'd get back to me later that day with a follow up. I received one final call from them on 2nd Dec to double check my registration number to look up more parts and then never heard from them again. Two weeks wasted so decided to give up at this point and take it elsewhere. I'm not sure why they ghosted me and wish they'd been open/honest if there was an issue beyond their control or if they couldn't do the repair for a reason.
