You can not fault Orbit Tyres on anything! They are always so helpful with everything, decent pricing, excellent customer service. As a woman it can be difficult to trust garages, especially when I don’t know much about cars, I’ve never felt in more safe hands than Orbit. They are a credit to Rushden and its community.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I went to them to see about my Jeep's tpm sensors. The service I received went above and beyond and they have gained a new customer for life. A special thanks to the young guy who dealt with me, I think his name was Elliot. Amazing service, thank you.
I would like to commend Orbit Tyres for their excellent service this morning. Despite a high volume of customers, they efficiently addressed my tyre concerns. My vehicle was promptly accommodated in a service bay and sorted. Thank you all for being so welcoming and helpful.
When I’d had new tyres fitted, Orbit advised my front passenger wheel was cracked. The fix was to buy a new wheel or get the old one welded. Having checked the price, I opted for a repair. Dropping my Jag off at 8am, handing over my keys, I always feel I’m in safe reliable hands. Receiving a progress report through the day, I call back to pick it up at 5. Not quite ready, I’m informed, I see how busy they are. How each and every customer, mostly women, are handled with the utmost respect and courtesy. These guys have have customer service down to a fine art. And why I always use them. Thanks for another happy experience and job well done.
Brilliant service. Had a problem with air pressure and drove in without any kind of notice. They immediately looked for the problem while they were really busy and found a screw, repaired quickly and charge was extremely low. Don't live in area and was back in the road to dive 180 miles. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for been amazing.
What a brilliant place to visit. Very busy, but very accommodating and talked me through what needed doing on my Golf R32. Now Drives 100 times better. Good to speak to people who know what there doing rather than pretending to know what there doing. Recommended
I cannot stress enough how helpful orbit have been to me ( Craig and Elliot especially ) within the last couple weeks even though there was no business guaranteed with them they still helped me out massively. Anyone thinking of using them it is a no brainer! They have restored my faith in car garages
