   Ive just purchased a mini countryman from Croyland car Megastore and from start to finish a brilliant experience. On the first day I pulled up into customer parking and had a walk around the cars with no one jumping trying to sell me something. Once I had made my mind up about the car I wanted I headed to the sales room and met Jamie Burton. Jamie unlocked the car and let me have a good look around and took us for a test driving. Jamie was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. I decided I wanted the car so we went back to the sales room and the deal was done. Jamie gave me a courtesy call to let me know that everything was ok with the car checks. I went to pick up the car and it looked amazing and Jamie gave a bag of free goodies. He taxed the car for me and I was good to go. I’ve been very impressed with my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Jamie and thank you Croyland.    I recently bought a 22 plate Ford Kuga ST-Line X from Jamie at Croyland and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I have seen a few negative reviews in recent times regarding Croyland but from start to finish, Jamie was a genuine bloke who went above and beyond to help. I changed my mind a few times about which car I wanted, but nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone honest and easy to deal with, I’d highly recommend speaking to Jamie.

   I purchased my Tesla model 3 from Croyland Motors in October 2025. Jamie handled the purchase from start to finish and was fantastic. His attention to detail and communication throughout was second to none. The car was prepared meticulously and looked brand new on collection (4 years old) Jamie explained the whole process to me at every stage, I never felt pressured at all (unlike some car supermarkets) and felt I was his only customer. The handover was excellent Jamie explained everything to me, from basic controls to charging as this was my first electric vehicle. I would recommend Croyland and Jamie every time. Thank you very much for helping me start my EV journey. 5 Stars from me.

   The biggest scamers. I have pickup a Toyota Corrola on 9 Sep 2025 from them. After I have driven for 2 days the car it start to show many hidden issues, CarMegastore made me lose 2 days telling me they will fix the problems but at the end they didn't agree to pay to fix the car. Now they don't want to take the car back.According to them they can not accept the car back. According to Customer Rigths 2015 I can return the car when I want in the first 14 days with or without a reason. I have good reason to return the car as she has safety issues and another problems that they cost around £4000 to be fixed according to Toyota Northampton Service. Megastore doesn't want to pay for the fix and they don't want to accept the car back. Never recommend this dealer when you see the name CarMegastore Croyland run as far as you can .I have attached some picture also.

   I’ve just bought a car from Croyland Car Megastore, and the experience was great from the beginning to the end. We were helped by Dan Little who was very friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. There were a couple of very minor things which needed dealing with before picking up the car and unfortunately they had not been done when we arrived on the agreed handover day. However Dan got onto the workshop straightaway and the jobs were completed there and then meaning we could still take the car away the same day which was a relief. Great customer care, thank you Dan and we may well see you again!

   Went in the show room here with a friend who wanted needed to buy a car. She is blind. We struggled through The heavy door. The two men did not give us the time of day. Did not even stand to great us. Very rude. No advise given. Pretty much just cast us away.

   I would most definitely recommend purchasing a car from Croyland, and I myself would buy again. Cars were well presented, and all documents were available with ease. Price negotiation when we had selected our car was firm, but fair. They worked around our schedule for car delivery and the whole process was just a pleasure. Communication always good. We also had a couple of issues with the car (completely out of their hands), but they dealt with myself and my wife professionally, and swiftly, in order to get the problems resolved. All in all, a great experience, and want to thank Josh and Sue for all their help.

   This is the second time I have purchased a car from Croylands. On both occasions the before and after service have been impressive. They offered me a competitive price on the car I was part exchanging. They are certainly worth a look if your wanting a pre owned car.
