Bought two items one didn’t have it’s original box, wasn’t wrapped in anything and should have been, just put in carrier bag with boxed item, rude lady serving, nice items for sale but ruined by staff unfortunately
Wanted to buy two hand painted gin glasses but staff insisted that we had display item refusing to get brand new items in pristine boxes from stock. As these were for presents we told them they could keep them (or words to that effect). Real shame as they were nice. Bought something very similar from Amazon instead.
We was drawn to the store when we spotted a large selection of Jellycats. The lady working was so lovely and friendly. So many other lovely items as well as the Jellycat range, will definitely be back.
Mooch is a great little shop the staff are really helpful go above and beyond all the staff at mooch are a credit to the business
Really enjoyed having a look around here, some lovely items for presents or simply a treat for yourself, artificial flowers at a good price, certainly comparable to other places.
Delightful little shop almost hidden in the corner of rushden lakes near skechers. It has an array of dangly bits and home decor at reasonable prices. I'm rather partial to the quality electric oil burners. All small decor bits in here come wrapped too, which is a nice little touch. Recommended for those with an eye for quality.

Fantastic shop with amazing staff who have adapted to the current situation with so much professionalism!! Even throughout lockdown when the shops unfortunately had to close their online service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble :-) I can strongly recommend the Prosecco & Juniper room diffuser by Marmalade of London that Mooch sell.......it smells amazing!! Lovely shop, beautiful products and friendly staff......5*
Fantastic shop, such a variety of different items and lovely gifts. Nice to find something different! Management very helpful, and ordering items specifically for me. Love the range of baby items too. Staff very helpful and social distancing/ hand gel encouraged, making for a relaxed visit! So glad to have them at Rushden Lakes
