   Not one of there cleanest or welcoming stores. Quite limited on choice too compared to others in the area. Disinterested staff that seem to want to be anywhere but there. Shame

   Waited to be served for ages, resulting in a parking ticket! £90 for being 12 minutes late (despite displaying a Blue Badge). Unable to speak to a human and when I eventually did I was told categorically that it wasn't B&M's problem!!!! I would have to speak to the parking company. On checking my sales receipt I have noticed that it displays the incorrect date, as I was on holiday. Very disappointed in B&M as I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will not go back.

   Overall ok, however the plants are in very poor condition and under watered. In the warm/hot weather the store is far too hot, so much so all the chocolate melts.

   Large food, homeware, electrical, garden centre, convenience store basically. They've rethought the layout by making the aisles larger for easier access to wheelchair, buggies, prams. Can pick up some bargains but generally priced about the same as other stores.

   Fairly busy store with much of the usual B&M Bargains and offers the entrance to the store can be congested with customers trying to get goods from the shelf stocked right in the barriers entrance area and the first few metres of aisle getting into the main shelves in the store. Once inside the main building the main aisles seem to be full of cages or stock waiting to be packed on the shelves or empty cartons to go to the back stock room for disposal. the Store inside has a frozen food aisles which is good but the carpark outside of the store is not very big and can be busy though you can park in the favell carpark across the way and walk from there
