This store is massive but well laid out. Plenty of space between the isle's which is great for our special needs buggy. It has all the usual bits you would find in a b&m store with the added bonus of not feeling too busy even at busy times. We actually go past our b&m store in Northampton to get to this one!
I say based on the photos of this store in Wellingborough is probably one of the best layout of B&M stores in the UK. Even the Pendant speakers covered the store. Not sure about the music... and few wall speakers somewhere of the interior? Etc. This must be a former homebase I think I have noticed. I have nothing else to say just now.
I had a great experience at the B&M store in Wellingborough. The shop is clean, well-organised, and has a huge variety of products for the home and garden. Prices are fair and there are always good offers. The staff were friendly and quick to help when I asked for something. Parking is easy and the checkout was fast. A really good store overall — worth visiting for bargains and essentials.
This is by far the best B and M store. The trolleys are right by the entrance (unlike the Rushden store) staff are unbelievably helpful, helped me load my car when I bought too much. Also the layout is much better than other stores
Your typical B&M store, I was able to find products I were looking for and staff were very helpful. The only downside would be the parking can be a issue at busy times.
Very clean store & well priced items. But it is very off putting when there aren't enough staff to man the tills & the queues are long Elaine Turner
Good store. Vast majority of items and usually find pretty much anything you need. Good thing is if Kettering are out of stock of something your looking for, Wellingborough store is only a 10-15 min drive away. Staff are always helpful and will check the Wellingborough store to safe you a wasted journey.
Large store with plenty of stock. Got everything we needed and more. Plenty of parking. Staff is miserable and rude though. Three of them were having an argument at the till about their breaks and who will go for a ‘fag’. I couldn’t care less but they made it so obvious and over the top as the till person kept talking very loudly to her colleagues but speaking at us. We were so confused. Definitely need to learn some customer service skills…
Plenty of parking outside. A nice selection of homeware and goods at low prices. Trolleys available, some of them need a pound, some don't. A bit hit and miss. Bring a pound anyways!! Outdoors area, food, frozen food, pets, home furnishings, and many more. Some of the Isles are a little narrow and made even narrower with large baskets of goods in them. Hard to pass people coming the other way. Not good with covid. Main issue is the tills, and as you can see from my picture, there's a massive queue for the tills, with only 2 open. Staff walking around, but yet nobody opened another till despite the queue. The queue was around 15 minutes. Not an ideal situation.
