She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and then gave me her recommendations and also consulted with her colleagues. We visited the store looking for a trip to Mauritius for our honeymoon/wives 30th in November this year, even though we left things a little late Claire pulled out all the stops and was able to recommend a great hotel she had stayed in herself. Overall experience was seamless, friendly and professional. I will return to book future trips at this store.
I dealt with Claire, initially in store and then communicated by phone/email a number of times until we decided on our holiday. Claire helped us with links and quotes for parking too. Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was the friendliest person who I built an instant rapport with. And Aex the store manager is lovely always welcoming and nothing is ever to much trouble for the whole team at Tui Rushden lakes..

I was looking to join some friends (a couple) on TUI cruise but wanted to upgrade my cabin to a balcony. As a solo traveller the TUI website doesn't allow you to do that, but Taryn (and Hayley) were fantastic help at this store and processed it all for me. (Btw, this was the third store i had to contact to try and get some help with this). Even though i changed a few bits after our initial meeting, Taryn assisted me with it all with a smile. She even went above and beyond the call of duty when she noticed something wrong with my friends' booking and called them directly to resolve it with them. Top notch service!
