   Spent 45 minutes being ignored in Flannels to find they didnt have the coat i wanted in stock so I would need to order online. Popped into Barbour and wow what a different level of service, greeted immediately but didnt feel pushy, I knew what I wanted to a certain extent but needed to narrow it down. The lovely lady did exactly that, gave advice and really knew their products. They even price matched Flannels so I got the jacket I've always wanted today. Thank you for all your help.

   Absolutely amazing service. Went into the store to look at the jackets and was assisted by the store manager, Jane, who helped decide what was the correct size for me. Felt very comfortable trying on different sizes and was not rushed or pressured into making a decision! Was also provided information about the product and ended up leaving with my first ever Barbour jacket. Would definitely recommend store to others. A big thanks again to Jane for all her help!

   Absolutely top service. Went in to browse and nothing was too much trouble for store manager Jane. She has impeccable knowledge of the brand and helped me find a style of jacket that suited me and was to my taste. Went away to think about what would be a big purchase for me but returned within the hour as I'd been so convinced by the quality of the product and Jane's genuine testimony of its quality and perfect fit for me. I never felt under any obligation to leave having made a purchase. But I did buy a new jacket for life - my first ever Barbour - and I love it. Superb service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Visited Barbour at Rushden Lakes today, and Jane very kindly helped my husband in purchasing a jacket. Jane was helpful, friendly and honest in her assistance. I then looked for a jacket for myself, this took a little longer as I didn't really know what I was looking for! But again Jane was very helpful, allowing me to try as many of the styles I needed to make a choice. Nothing was too much for her, Jane gave me as much advice as she could. Finally I decided on a jacket.. I think Jane and her team have just right dynamics needed to make customers feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed when shopping in the store. Will definitely make a return visit... Thank you Jane...

   Went into the store at Rushden Lakes. Two extremely helpful ladies who spent a long time showing me the different waxed coats they had. I eventually chose the black sapper mens coat, a lovely shirt and a hat. Great service and lovely sense of humour. The guy from Brighton :)

   Fantastic service from Charlotte at Barbour Rushden Lakes. Popped in for a quick browse and a nice new wax jacket caught my eye. Great service and advice from the team. Their sizing advice was spot on. Ended up popping a couple of new jumpers in the bag too! Thanks Charlotte!

   Fantastic experience!!! When you’re spending hundreds…. The staff need to be on point with their product knowledge and with their customer service.
