   What a gem of a find. Came here not really knowing what I wanted other than a Ball Gown. And was over welmed with such a choice in styles and colours. Preeti was amazing and very patient in my trying different styles to suit me. And Yes found a gorgeous Ball Gown for the Mascarade ball for NYE. Her knowledge and expertise is 2nd to none. Friendly welcome on arrival and my Gown needed alterations. Which was was done (I'm not very tall)and collected today. So a big shout out to Pretti. Not overpriced either. Excellent value for money. Thankyou definitely worth a visit and would recommend. Ps.. We're not local but worth the journey. x

   After months of searching for the perfect bridesmaids dresses, we were so lucky to find Preeti. We ordered four dresses for our bridal party, and each one was absolutely beautiful. What made the experience truly special was how well the dresses suited each of the girls—despite their different styles, tastes, and body shapes, every dress looked flattering and elegant. Preeti went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She made thoughtful adjustments, including changing the straps on two of the dresses to ensure they were more comfortable and supportive. Her attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.    Great selection of dresses and owner was super friendly. Helped and advised me with my prom dress. I came here clueless with what I wanted but the owner was patient and she selected various styles and colours she thought would suit me. Left very happy :)

   Do not waste your time or money visiting this shop. The customer service is appalling. Rude does not come close to describing the way we were treated. After travelling an hour with my daughter to find her a dress for a special family occasion in a couple of weeks time, she did not even get to try on one dress. In fact the only thing we left with was a feeling of total incredulity. In answer to your ridiculous response…my grandson is 2 and a half, not a baby. He sat quietly in his buggy playing with his toys and was no trouble at all. Secondly, your website said no appointment necessary! You are obviously deluded if you think that I would subject my daughter to that kind of hostility again. So thank you for the offer but we will not be returning and would advise others to go elsewhere.

   Don't understand what this lady is saying. Of course you only get credit note. I recommend prity. I brought the most beautiful dress from prity for my recent cruise. I had a wonderful amazing experience, fantastic service. prity made me feel so good about myself. I will most definitely be going back to prity for my next cruise. Also will be taking my daughter to see prity to get her prom dress next year. Thank you prity for your wonderful service

   Wonderful choice of gowns in huge variety of colours and styles. Having spent many years working in the retail sector I understand and appreciate good service and found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Neither myself or my daughter felt under any pressure, indeed, we didn't buy on our first visit but on our return were remembered and our choices were also remembered. We especially like the way they ensure no two girls will end up in the same dress at prom. Both my daughter and myself have recommended this shop to friends who have also come away with gorgeous dresses. I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but after reading a less complementary review I wanted to offer an alternative view.
