Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was the friendliest person who I built an instant rapport with. Fully recommend Rushden Lakes Tui and Claire in particular (to add, I have dealt with other staff in the past and they are all super helpful!)”

“I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all. As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost! I am so happy with the service that I will be returning for the future. I want to thank the team at HiQ for your hard work and care taken to get my car safely back onto the roads.”

“I’ve not had much luck with my last two pairs of Merrell walking shoes, but they are the best fit for my feet. So when one of the lace loops broke on my second pair, which I had had for 2 months, I returned them to Cotswold Outdoors. Exchanged for exact same shoe, hopefully they’ll be ok. I do wish they stocked more Merrell walking shoe designs, there isn’t much choice. The service from the member of staff was very helpful.”

“Just had new carpets, brilliant service from the moment we walked into the shop, the lady came out the next morning to measure up and a few days later they've fitted the carpets. The team of carpet fitters that came were a pleasure to have in the house and did a great job , thankyou ,will be definitely using you again ,saved us a lot of money too, on quotes from bigger well known shops .”

“Addingtons designed, installed and project managed the bathroom end-to-end. Project was complex and extensive, given the age of the property, unconventional shapes with fireplace, old plumbing system combined with our end vision. Old bathroom had to be fully uprooted and new one put in place combined with new plumbing, flooring, walls, ceiling and new boiler. We attended Addingtons showroom multiple times for design and changed our preferences in several occasions. This was no trouble to David, as he was focused on delivering an excellent outcomes. During the installation phase, there were many surprises (given the age of property), team had to overcome. Although this had an impact on timing of delivery of project, wasn’t an issue for David and Team. Addingtons has done a great job from start to end of project. We now have a well appointed bathroom with high spec craftsmanship. Addingtons were recommended to us, recommend highly for your project.”
