“I don’t normally write many reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. I needed a shirt to fit me as I had to go to a funeral the next morning. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”

“Walking past and called in to see what children’s clothing they had for my granddaughter and so glad I did. I got amazing quality well made clothing at brilliant prices (did help that. A sale was on), best part though was the exceptional service I got from the sales lady there, she spent considerable time checking stock and ordering sizes from the warehouse for me. “After going in to three other shops at Rushden Lakes and left feeling deflated, overwhelmed and full of anxiety and ready to go home I went in to RI, I must admit have not been in here for 20 years as sizes were always small. Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special. I can't thank Lacey and Courtney enough for your kindness, honesty, patience and making me feel amazing. Thank you both so much. You're a credit to the store.
