Ordered a pair of christening shoes over 2 weeks ago for a christening today. I paid extra for express delivery. The shoes haven’t arrived. I phoned last Monday to check the status of the order...they said they’d ring back...they never did. I have rung at least ten times every day since...no answer. They did not reply to messages either. Awful customer service. If they cannot fulfil orders the least they could do is let the customer know so they can buy somewhere else. Such a disappointment on what is supposed to be a special day. Thankfully it wasn’t the christening robe I’d ordered from them. I’ll be contacting trading standards as well as I’m not hopeful of getting a refund when they don’t answer their phone. Absolutely fuming!!!!!
