   A Great Store Better Layout Then The Northampton Store And I Was Able To Get A Gift For Someone As This Store Had It. The Reason For The 4 Stars Is People At The Till Were Slow At Serving As They Only Had One Member Of Staff On.

   Shopped here today and have to give credit to the lady that was on shop floor sorting out clothes. Her organisation skills were on point, making it easy to find items in the sale section, she lined all the clothes up so all the same items were hanging together. I wish I'd asked her name but she was Black and was wearing brown I think.

   Thank you so much to the Department Manager who was so helpful today, I had come in to collect an order from the collection locker but my phone had died so I couldn’t access the collection code. I really appreciated the way in which I was helped today which saved me from having to make another 30min round trip tomorrow.

   I went to H&M today and I was really upset! Top floor is for kids and men. I want it to try some clothes and unfortunately fitting room was closed! I went downstairs and queued about 20 mim!there is 9 cabins and only 6 was open! Some lady said that one box could be use but staff put some boxes inside. I was so angry and took them out (this is not a storage!) so we could use it! We don’t care H&M you short staff! We spending money so provide good service! This is all happening at the weekend when is busy!Well done H&M!!!!!

   H&M great store lots of choice for all ages, both fashion and accessories good prices,great service ,nice large spacious stores to walk around free parking at The Lakes Northampton.

   Lots of clothes available (mostly Small or Medium though), however they seemed to be spread around the store. Found this extremely frustrating as was looking for basic long sleeve tops. Overall disappointed, was hoping for this large store to be better stocked than most other stores.

   The ladies clothing range is pretty good but the men's and kids seem like an after thought. Free charging for electric cars outside though! Staff seem nice and helpful.
