“I’ve not had much luck with my last two pairs of Merrell walking shoes, but they are the best fit for my feet. So when one of the lace loops broke on my second pair, which I had had for 2 months, I returned them to Cotswold Outdoors. Exchanged for exact same shoe, hopefully they’ll be ok. I do wish they stocked more Merrell walking shoe designs, there isn’t much choice. The service from the member of staff was very helpful.”

“After going in to three other shops at Rushden Lakes and left feeling deflated, overwhelmed and full of anxiety and ready to go home I went in to RI, I must admit have not been in here for 20 years as sizes were always small. Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special. “I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. Customer service levels you’ll rarely find elsewhere… absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you!”

I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”
