   Staff incredibly rude. When asking if they did a jacket in a size 18 my partner was looked at in disgust and loudly announced that superdry only do up to 16. In such a way it felt like she was saying how dare fat people walk into this store. This made us both very uncomfortable and felt like fat shaming. Very disappointed as we have never had this sort or treatment in other superdry stores.

   Had a problem with a delivery, that I needed help with. Called this store just on the outside chance they could help me. Spoke to a lady called Petrina and she was absolutely superb. Her customer service skills and general attitude were second to none. Had made some calls and sorted my issue within an hour. Superdry you have an excellent member of staff here. Look after her.
