Ed was very helpful in helping me find the right pair of trail trainers for my feet. Despite not being a runner it was clear he was knowledgeable. Never felt I was being upsold anything I didn't need. Glad I followed others recommendations in using Runner Need. Btw it's upstairs in Cotswold Outdoors.
I had an appointment at this shop yesterday to buy some running shoes. The lady whom I saw was excellent. As a new runner I greatly valued her expert advice. She explained to everything to me, including about my specific feet, my running style, discussed my usual running terrain and gave me detailed information about the differences between the different shoes that I tried. She gave me plenty of time to decide and I am very happy with the shoes that I bought. I would strongly recommend this shop and am very grateful for the help of the lady who assisted me. I will return when I need some more!
I was booked in for a gait analysis with Caren and I recommend her highly! She was extremely knowledgable and I felt at ease discussing my running needs with her. She was not pushy at all, she just wanted to ensure I was comfortable in my running shoes. I will definitely be returning to see Caren when I need my next Gait analysis.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Runners Need in Rushden and had the opportunity to interact with George, one of the staff members. I must say that George provided exceptional customer service and displayed immense patience during my visit. Despite having travelled over an hour to get to the running shop myself, George made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. He understood the importance of finding the right pair of running shoes for me and went above and beyond to assist me in making an informed decision. George's expertise and dedication were evident throughout our interaction. While his primary job was to make sales, he didn't impose any aggressive sales pitches on me. Instead, he took the time to listen to my needs, understand my budget, and diligently worked towards finding the perfect shoe within those parameters. I greatly appreciated George's patience and attentiveness during the shoe selection process. He never rushed me or made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. Instead, he provided valuable advice and guidance, explaining the features and benefits of each shoe I tried on. I apologize for taking up a significant amount of George's time as I tried on multiple pairs. However, he remained patient and understanding, ensuring that I found the right fit. In the end, the first pair he recommended turned out to be perfect. I am amazed by the comfort and quality of the trainers. Thanks to George's assistance, I was able to run for 10 minutes straight without stopping. I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of the shoes he helped me choose, and I am looking forward to my upcoming 10K race with confidence. Recommend to try the gait analysis

Excellent, having ran a lot in the past I know what gait I have I just wanted some good advice. The assistant was excellent I I told him what I wanted from my shoes the fit type of running and he gave me several options to choose from. I tried on 2 pairs and was sold on a pair within minutes. He wasn't pushy or up selling anything.
Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was stuck on what to buy and he gave A* service and I left with a wealth of new information! Highly recommend
Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, not only with choosing trainers for quite a specific need, but also with keeping our tired 3-year-old entertained. I came away with the right shoes, and a child not in meltdown.
