   8 tills downstairs, only 2 open, a lady and a young lad trying to serve people quickly, kept ringing for assistance, after 4 times a female turned up said there was no one to help until 11 am and walked away, was it not your responsibility as management to help out ? there was 30 plus people queuing

   I don’t normally write many reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. I needed a shirt to fit me as I had to go to a funeral the next morning. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.

   I always find the staff helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Clothes are all reasonably priced. I always seem to pop into the store for one item and leave with a bagful!!

   Large store, massive selection of clothing over 2 floors, staff are great very friendly and helpful. Parking is not a problem usually

   Found on rushden lakes shopping area, so parking is free for up to 5 hours. Plenty of spaces but it does get packed at the weekends. The store is quite a large one with an upstairs and downstairs. Lift and escalator. Children's upstairs. Men's upstairs. Homeware upstairs, although this section is quite small. Womens downstairs. Shoe section. Bag area. Plenty of clothes here there, and everywhere. My attached photos were taken in the evening.... during the day and at the weekends it's an entirely different story and primark gets absolutely packed. I would avoid at busy times. Till service was slow considering how many staff were mincing about, and they need to be more proactive about jumping on the till to help out the cashier struggling.

   Really not a good store. Clothes are piled into mountains. Underwear section is unorganised, types of pants are mixed together, sizes are mixed together 90% of packets are opened and most are missing underwear.
