   On two separate occasions a few months apart I went shopping in Rushden Lakes with my wife. Served both times by the same assistant, each time they stuffed my clothing in the bag!! Find this very disrespectful as I work hard for my money, other stores in the area take the time to fold neatly, it’s not difficult. Shopping for clothing is an experience to be enjoyed, otherwise I might as well shop online.

   Served by Kate this morning who was very patronising and abrupt with her attitude when asked about a damaged clothing on sale and the policy on returns. It’s understandable each store have their own policies with damaged goods on sale, however to speak to a customer as if they’re uneducated, it’s quite disgusting behaviour. And to make it worse, she was more concerned with a colleague already dealing with a click + collect customer than serving us. Never want to be served by her, would honestly avoid such an assistant. Apart from that the ladies merchandising the store were nice, and made sure customers could access clothes.

   I went into next (24/01/2023) a lovely lady called Maria helped me. She was so kind and helpful she definitely went above n beyond for me today. I really appreciated that she took time to help me find the perfect dress. I also ended up buy a jump suit! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend this shop over any other Next stores

   This is a great next always has the sizes I need and if they don’t it will be in store for you next day by 2pm, you cannot beat this kind of service. Staff always friendly. Costa coffee built inside & TUI travel agency.

   Downstairs to the right is womens clothing and shoes. To the left there's children's clothing. Up stairs to the left is menswear. To the right is a smallish section of homeware. Not much big furniture, more cushions and candles etc. There's also a Costa cafe upstairs. A toilet is available too. An escalator to travel upstairs. Till service is fast and efficient. You can also collect online orders from here too.
