“I’ve now visited the Livingston Window to the Womb 3 times this pregnancy and have been so happy with the service here. I’ve always felt incredibly comfortable and well informed by the staff. Janet has done our scan at 7 weeks, 10 weeks and now a gender scan at 16 weeks. As someone who was quite anxious she made me feel at ease straight away and made all 3 experiences enjoyable and reassuring. I’d recommend to everyone I know. The photo quality and videos have all been amazing too and great keepsakes for memories. Thanks again to everyone at the team. I will be back for a 4D scan later in the pregnancy!”

“Lots of great classes and groups. Vanessa is very welcoming and the classes are really relaxed and friendly. Baby club has been great for meeting other mums and having Vanessa on hand to support is invaluable. You can also weigh the baby so excellent to have that opportunity in between HV meetings! Vanessa's groups are the best thing we've done during mat leave, would highly recommend!”

“I seen advertised on Baby Steps Facebook page Thomas and Friends Playsets for £25.50. I asked to hold them for me and popped in later in the day to pick up. There was a total of 6 playsets all with completed track and the 7th was missing a piece or two. Such a great find knowing I just need to purchase trains for my son to enjoy. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The shop was fully stocked with lots of items: clothes, books, games, toys, prams and cots. Great shop for a great cause. There should be more places like this to promote inclusivity and allowing their employees to learn and develop new skills while earning a wage. I will be sure to donate to help a great cause.”

“Went into the Newcraighall store today, on the off chance and because I was passing. I ordered online on Sunday night. I’d had no email confirmation, had no order number, but I could see the transaction on my credit card statement. Anyway, it’s a birthday present for my son and was worried. I’m taking the time to write this because the assistant, Rhonda, was outstanding. It wasn’t even that store but she went above and beyond. I left feeling two things, really relieved that the issue was sorted (and it was- parcel picked up at Meadowbank earlier) and sure that I’d be using Argos (especially the Fort) again. What a nice, competent, helpful woman. ⭐”
