“What a lovely treat it was walking into one of the cheapest shops in town to be greeted by lovely staff after browsing the town all morning being ignored by most shop assistants at other stores. Lovely gentleman served me on the till at about 11am today. His friendly manner really made my day. The layout after covid changes was exception for a store like this.”

“Shop itself is a generic toy shop, the staff allow children to play with items which I appreciate as means I can see what my daughter likes. The till layout is a bit strange but it's never been hugely busy when I have visited so no issues. As for the chain itself, I appreciate the free delivery for items over a certain price, the prices of things are very competitive and I've once had reason to contact customer support due to my own mistake with an order and found them very helpful.”

“I rang this morning regarding a pair of trousers which I could not get(size wise) in any other store. The office staff were very helpful putting me through to the floor staff and Karen (if I've remembered her name properly) was extremely helpful. I collected the item which was available and the cashier was very pleasant!! This was a great experience and thanks to the staff in the Newry branch!!!!!”
