Exceptionally poor customer service. Treated poorly by one worker only to have another pretend to be the store manager when I wanted to complain. If you are a local and known personally by staff members you will be well looked after.
Poor customer service. One fellow waiting at the checkout with little hope of service. I eventually went and asked someone to serve us and was met with a disdainful look as if I was putting her out. At 9pm, they were more interested in stocking shelves than serving customers.

The helpful staff, diverse product range, and special offers added to the positive shopping experience. Despite a new parking system with a 60-minute limit, the overall service remains commendable. The store efficiently manages queues by opening additional tills when needed. Competitive prices and quality products make it a consistently good choice for shoppers. I like the historic feel to the building, gives this Lidl store a sense of uniqueness, quality of groceries on par with ASDA.
Always a good shopping experience in Lidl Staff are helpful and the prices compared to other stores are very good. Using the Lidl app on your phone also helps save a little extra. All in all good job .

Always pretty good. And the till que is often not as bad when they call for shelf stackers to help out when a bigger que assembles. They open another till service Always good prices and good quality stuff for sale
