    Sunday 16 July 2023. 3 female staff behind the counter at around 2pm. VERY UNFRIENDLY. VERY RUDE. VERY LAZY. The customer is NOT made to feel important here. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Does the boss here know how the useless staff are behaving? I don't think so!!

    Really really rude and not very hygienic. I am 18 and the man hit me with ID for a box of bangers for my little brother. Then carried on to let me buy a tin of boost which should be more important for ID!! Appalled with the service. Also when I went to buy my items he slammed the card machine at me which I think is really rude as I was nice about the whole situation!

    What a lovely treat it was walking into one of the cheapest shops in town to be greeted by lovely staff after browsing the town all morning being ignored by most shop assistants at other stores. Lovely gentleman served me on the till at about 11am today. His friendly manner really made my day. The layout after covid changes was exception for a store like this.
