   I had a very disappointing experience at Charlotte Tilbury due to a staff member with black hair. She was rude, had a very cold, poker-faced attitude, and clearly didn’t want to help at all. I was genuinely planning to spend money and needed help choosing products, but she made no effort whatsoever to assist me. When I asked questions about the products, she didn’t even answer—she turned her head away, continued chatting with someone (possibly a family member), and was looking at her phone instead. No friendliness, no guidance—just ignorance. Definitely not the level of service I expect from this brand.

   I visited the NARS counter yesterday and had the best experience with Alaina! I don’t usually wear much makeup, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and confident. She was so personable and friendly-it honestly felt like I’d known her a lifetime! Alaina took the time to explain how to use each product, perfectly matched everything to my skin, and shared so much knowledge about the NARS brand. She truly represents the brand beautifully and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

   The store itself is nice and the staff are always helpful. Beware their online site!! I just ordered some shoes and paid extra to have DPD next day delivery rather than Evri and they sent them via Evri anyway! You'll then hunt for a week trying to find contact details on their website of which you'll only get a contact form. Avoid ordering online if possible!
