Had a good last minute Christmas shop around 5PM. Thank you to Steve who was very polite and guided me in the right direction for what I was looking for.

The delivery driver who delivered to us on December 23rd 2025 at approximately 14.25 was a credit to your store.... Cheerful and helpful carrying the groceries halfway up my road, Victoria Rd..... Just wanted to say thank you!

Blond lady yesterday evening, was telling me off for putting a chocolate I had found in the reduced area in a snarkly manner. I yelled back at her thats where I found it. I don't work at Asda. She had glasses on and hair was a bit white. Got people to corner me at the self-scan. It seems with the other reviews on here, she needs an investigation. I understand if its a bad day at work or week. You don't profile others and are rude because you don't like the looks of people. Luckily, my husband needed help with ID at self-scan we got our receipt and left. There was security in the store last night around 9pm when we went. They can check our bags if they like.

Scan pay go assistants really need to take more notice of customers rather than standing with backs to the till points. Can wait for a long time for authorisation or help. No acknowledgement when they come to do the random rescan, if you expect customers to scan their own shopping, you could at the very least do your part of the agreement

The blonde lady that works the self checkout in the evening needs to think about how she treats customers. Choosing to leave your area you’re working in whilst other customers are checking out, just to come and stand behind me not even looking at anybody else. Watching everything I’m scanning, being 2 foot behind me is intimidating behaviour in my opinion. Always has a rude attitude. My child had a water bottle the other day brought from a different shop and she was questioning my three old child where he got it from and whether it was from her shop, even when they don’t sell the one he had.

Thank you Cameron for finding me some cauliflower cheese in the stockroom on Sunday 25th September when the store shelves were empty. You made our Sunday roast perfect. Thanks again.

Medium sized supermarket. Parking underneath the building so access can be without getting wet if it rains. The under car park does get full at busy times.. An escalator to access, and a lift. Another access door from the road side. A clothes selection. A shoe repair store inside too. Toilets available. A bakery. Sadly they've replaced loads of check outs with self serve. These arnt your standard self serve they're the larger ones for the whole trolley. And it takes AGES !! If you have an issue with an item or the weight, then good luck waiting for a staff member to help you. On visiting on a Saturday at 6pm there were only two actual humans serving, the rest is self serve. It just adds time to a big shop, and is quite frankly off putting when you have a massive trolley full.
