   I visited the store today to purchase some Children in Need merchandise for my little one. I asked a member of the Asda team for help finding a specific item, and she was absolutely wonderful cheerful, friendly, and very willing to assist. She said she would call the George clothing section for further help. However, the staff member in the George section seemed rather grumpy and not very approachable. She appeared unhappy about my enquiry, even though the item I was looking for was actually on the rack (I had simply missed it). I understand that everyone can have an off day, but her attitude made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I truly appreciated the helpfulness of the first staff member and hope this feedback helps improve consistency in customer service across the store.

   Went to get a 0.5 litres bottle of sparkling water. They sell only by 12 bottle pack! Coke, same price for sugar and non sugar drinks! I thought the tax was only on sugary drinks. In other places 0.5 L Coke zero is £1.1 but here is £1.7

   It was unexpected visit to this branch as I was in the locality. They did not stock 2 items I was after true each product is popular. So surely makes sense to order extra packs- never mid. The store inside, and shelfs were tidy. If you require frozen.meals, fresh produce, household items, cleaning products and so much more they almost certain stock alas not my 2 items due to customers popularity to purchase what stock is sent to this store.

   I cannot tell you how impressed I am with their customer service especially Karyn, Kayleigh and another lady. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty for me. After locking my keys in my car they did all they can to try and help me retrieve my car keys. As the window was slightly open - Kayleigh one of their staff members actually climbed through the window for me to retrieve my keys! They all truly were lifesavers - I cannot thank them enough. They certainly need to be awarded employees of the month!

   Amazing staff working in this store, especially the security staff. on two occasions lost items returned to owner intact. A few months ago my sister left her mobile phone at the self service tills and it was returned to her. Today I've decided to write this review because I was genuinely impressed when a staff member approached me at the tills and handed over my lost money neatly labelled in a bag. Apparently, a customer found it on the floor and handed it in and the security guard checked the CCTV and saw the money dropped off my pocket. A big thank you to the honest customer who found the money and the team of staff who tracked me down to return it. God bless you all.
