   I was introduced to FatFace on Saturday by a friend and decided to come back today and try a few things. Firstly, my customer experience was excellent from both Janine and Chris. It made shopping an absolute pleasure and enjoyable. Both took time to talk to me, to have a short but nice conversation. This is really important to me. They were both welcoming, warm, friendly, helpful and professional. They spoke highly of the product quality and the company brand. This was wonderful as it gave me real confidence in my purchases. I bought 6 items and am delighted with them. I will definitely return to this branch after having experienced an outstanding customer focused interaction. Janine and Chris are real ambassadors for the company. I'm delighted with my purchases and the quality. The sale prices were excellent.

   I visited FatFace Rushden Lakes a couple of weeks ago. I bought their dungarees which are gorgeous. While in the store I was helped by Hannah and Anna. They were both super helpful and so friendly. I had a great experience and left store very happy. I went online and ordered the dungaree dress. It arrived on time and was nice but not a great fit. It was a bit too big, size 16. So I rang the store direct. Again, I was not disappointed. Anna answered the phone and checked for a size 14. She was so helpful and friendly on the phone. She went out the back. She came back to phone and was so delighted to be able to say how lucky I was, there was one left. I asked if I could come over on Sunday to try it on. She took my name and promised to hold it for me. I went in on Sunday and there were 2 gentleman on duty. Tom and Gabe. I explained the call and Gabe went to get it for me. I tried it on and it fitted me much better. On the way to till Tom stopped me to find out if I was happy. At the till both gentleman were so friendly and helpful also. I was so comfortable with them. I praised them all and thanked them for such good experiences. Tom even gave me 10% off which I was grateful for. You (head office) should be so proud of your amazing team. Such fantastic ambassadors of your brand. Because of them you have a customer for life! Please thank them all again for being amazing!
