Not only were the staff incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, but we were absolutely amazed by the savings on our glasses. We couldn’t believe we were able to get two pairs for the price of one—something previous retailers could never have competed with, I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!

The staff who looked after me were all nice. I found that the store was quite crowded, so the atmosphere felt a bit uncomfortable In the entryway. The optician was lovely and thorough, she made sure I understood all the changes in my vision, and also have me tips on preserving my vision long term, and what the different tests indicated about my overall health! The people who helped me pick out my glasses, and the following appointment to fit them were both lovely and very thorough, and made sure they were to my tastes, and a comfortable fit.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Put me at ease after being recommended an eye test after a visual migraine - something that was new for me. When my prescription changed, one of the sales assistants helped me choose a new set of frames in a style that I was convinced wouldn't suit me - but they were perfect and I've had nothing but compliments since I collected them which has given me such a confidence boost. The eye test was thorough and very well explained, leaving me time to ask questions. The contact lens appointment was equally thorough, and very well explained. Both optometrists were excellent, and I liked how they treated me. My only piece of feedback is that I thought the range of frames on offer was limited. I did 'settle' on a pair I'm happy with but they would not have been my first choice. Turnaround times for glasses and contact lenses have been excellent. Thank you!

Always good and almost always on time too, which is nice, especially as they are a busy store Used by the whole family. Stopped by today after breaking my second pair of glasses and was very ably assisted by Becca, who resolved both pairs in quick time! Highly recommended.
Had eyetest and extra scan today, all staff very pleasant and helpful. Lady ophthalmologist was amazing very enthusiastic about her job and very knowledgeable too. She explained everything, as the test progressed. I've never had such an enjoyable eye appointment, thank you so much ,hope to be served by you again in 18mths time. Top service.
A screw had fallen out of my glasses, popped in last Sunday (surprised they were open to be honest) it was fixed in less than five minutes. Polite, friendly, efficient (and free) what's not to like?
