   Traditional ITF style Taekwon-Do training delivered by time served, highly skilled instructors, in a friendly, fun and enjoyable format. Semi-contact sparring means that it’s suitable and accessible for all. Tuesdays is a family class from beginners to Blackbelt grades, ages 4 to vets. Wednesday is a Jeegoo Blackbelt (and higher colour belt grades) advanced class. A typical class will involved cardio, technical skills, sparring and patterns (a combination of moves performed against an imaginary opponent to demonstrate technical capability, application and understanding - there are 24 in the syllabus) Part of GTUK, the students regularly compete at local, national and international competitions. Training here also gives you the possibility to train alongside the British TKD team at the GTUK Development Squad which is held here and another clubs on a rotation. There are two locations shown on Google Maps because the normal location changes during exam time! Open all year round and to encourage you to try TKD, the first lesson is free!
