Sadly the older I get the more frequent my visits to Cobbs Garden Surgery, my surgery for 30 years. My experience has always been very good particularly with the practice nurses and more specifically with the diabetes nurse Tessa who is clearly extremely knowledgeable and has the clever knack of explaining the more complicated issues in a manner that you can understand. Thank you CGS for looking after me so well.
Alexander the nurse practitioner is outstanding . So empathetic and he explains everything so thoroughly he is very good
Would give no stars if I could. Attitude of receptionists are a joke never any appointments always the same answer go up walk in centre , you telling me there are never any appointments at this surgery. Train your receptionists to talk to patients with courtesy no wonder patients are rude back you get what you deserve should be ashamed
I overheard the receptionist today explaining to a lady how to use online, she was so lovely and patient with her. Today I spoke to someone on phone, the the Advanced Nurse Practioner, then the receptionist - hats off to you all. Everyone is so friendly, cheerful and helpful
Last week my daughter waited on the phone for over 1/2 an hour before being cut off. This week she pressed for a call back which never materialised meaning I had to come across and pick her up to drive there, only for the less than helpful front staff to to tell her nothing can be booked until after 1. No acknowledgement of the call back issue or apology.
Simply an excellent service with great Docs. Never an issue or problem. A++++

As a patient who's difficult to get blood from, I was delighted to be seen today by a new staff member Fiona, experienced in the phlebotomy side (taking blood samples) and made it look simple and easy where many in the past have failed
