Rude dentist, black lady made me feel very uncomfortable along with her colleagues who where very clearly uncomfortable around her aswel, i would ask her a question and she would ignore me and her colleague would quietly answer me for her. Never explained what was happening throughout Was annoyed i was asking questions I explained i had slight trauma and she laughed. I actually left and cried. Terrible staff member

My first appointment with Victoria, the hygienist was terrible, and the second even worse. The first time I went here, the hygienist was 45 minutes late for my appointment, and when I went in for my deep clean I was in and out within 10 minutes, with no conversation and what felt like a very rushed job. I felt ripped off. But gave them a second chance and booked my next one for 6 months time. I then attended this appointment, and was only 10 minutes late going in this time. But when I walked in, the hygienist was extremely rude to me from the start. She mentioned abruptly and in a rude tone that I haven't had a check up in a while and asked me why, when I mentioned that I can't afford all these appointments so I just come for what I need, she laughed at me and said thats not a good enough reason! I was shocked but still remained calm and polite, and just mentioned that I will make sure to get one in the future. She still didn't let it go and continued to 'tell me off about not having had a check up and was very rude in doing so. I then politely asked if she would prefer it if I were to leave and come back another day, to which she replied yes. So I got up and walked out, safe to say I will not be returning! There was absolutely no need to her rudeness and it was shocking treatment to a paying customer!

Both the dentist and her assistant are excellent - they were very accommodating and supportive of me as a patient with autism spectrum disorder, and they also did a very good job cleaning my teeth. I was very pleased. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because this practice is not technologically up to date for the times - they really need a queue system for their phone line, which they do not currently have. Burnawn House: if you get an up-to-date phone system that puts patients in a queue when they call, I will update my review to 5 stars! Overall, I would recommend this place to others. Excellent service.

Excellent service and treatment from this dentist. I had a bad tooth ache and considering I hadn't been for 8 years ! I was treated with respect and a very professional manor. lets face it no one likes going to the dentist so I feel Mr Chan deserves 5 stars I would have left 6 if I could.
