   Don't try and tell me 12 tiny fish in a 50l tank means it's full when you standing in front of tanks, that by your maths are 1000%+ over capacity, with no weed or anywhere to hide!

   After calling the store to check if they had pet rats available, we visited the store and purchased them :) the staff member was really knowledgeable and friendly and seemed like a real animal lover and gave us the feeling that the rats had been well looked after at the store. Lovely rats, very friendly great condition they have settled in to their new home already! 10/10

   Has a nice selection of things. But quite often doesn't have the items I need in stock. Lady who served me last week was quite rude. I'd picked up an item which when scanned through the till came up a different price. When I questioned it, she said 'yes I know, I put the ticket in the wrong place. This isn't that cheap' I said but, the ticket where all of these items are, says its this price, assuming she would honour it because, I wasn't to know the price tag was wrong. She said, you pay now, I need to take the ticked off, because it isn't that price. It was only when I requested to see the manager that she actually changed the price....then accused me of trying to start a fight with her. Which I wasn't, but being someone who works in retail...if a price tag says 1 thing...that's the price you pay, regardless. I was very much put off of the store by my experience. And won't be going back any time soon

   Absolutely disgusting 2 of the staff (female) were extremely rude to me. Never experienced such disrespect in my life. Won't be giving pets at home my money ever again!!!!

   An upstairs vets on the premises. Trolleys outside for use. A cat area, dog area, rodent area, and aquatics area. It can get busy at the weekends so during the week is the best time to visit. . I do find they tend to run out of stock alot though ( see pics ) and this can be annoying if you're looking for something specific.

   We adopted a hamster here 2 weeks ago. The lady was very helpful and informative . They even called us a day later to see how we were getting on and if they could help or advise. Lovely customer service
