   One woman was polite and helpful the first time (why it gets 2 stars) but the second time we were 5 minutes late. We were told on the phone 15 minutes was alright but in person the european lady serving said she was busy (despite only having one dog) and I could come back another day if I like. It felt like they did not need or want any customers, so we went to Penhazy, it's a little further but much better service

   Not the place for our puppy. 3 appointments and each time she absolutely hated it. The last appointment they dragged her in by her lead - they dragged a 5 month old puppy in. At the end of the appointment essentially said they dont want her back. Took her to an independent local groomer today who had no issues at all and managed a full groom. I think that speaks volumes.

   Well what to say about the experience I had at rushden groom room. All I can say is avoid at all costs and take your services somewhere you'll be treated with respect. Turns out the only useful thing about this place is the door to leave.

   Lovely girls, highly proficient and approachable. I am always confident leaving my dog Merlin with them, she looks and smells beautiful when I pick her up. Would definitely recommend.
