Parking outside. Assistance can be given for heavy items to your vehicle. This store has alot to offer, from supplies for horses, fish, fishing, and small pets, to a large dog selection, and an area for cats. If you get cold they even sell hats for humans. Its actually a good store for buying in bulk. Worth a visit. To note, they also sell frozen pet food.
We have been getting supplies for our dog from Gladwells since he arrived in our lives last summer. Gladwells has a good range foods, snacks and treats. Lots of toys, harnesses, leads etc for our canine companions and even wooly hats and warm socks for us humans. The harness prompts this review. I bought a harness, it was too small so I exchanged it no bother. A spare harness needed, the size not remembered, I bought a M and a L, returning the one not needed. On checking my bank statement, money had gone out, not back in. So back to Gladwells I went. They were waiting for me! They had noticed the till descrepancy, and had gone through all the till receipts and had the exact money in cash ready for me. So, not only does Gladwells have a wide range of stock, they are honest and have excellent customer service. Thankyou ladies!
My Siberian Husky Loki absolutely loves your bags of rabbit ears. He came and shopped today and brought some more with his favourite bags of Bakers Whirlers. Staff are always friendly.
Great friendly helpful staff with a great range of products from cats and dogs, chickens and parrots, to horses. Good value too.
Good variety for dogs cats horses etc.also does seem fishing tackle and bait. Fishing pellets mix and match were really good value 1kg £3.49. Ample parking and easy to find.friendly helpful staff.

Friendly staff who tried hard to stop shivering. Being an industrial unit there's no heating and big doors. There was a good selection of produce and I thought the prices very good.
Very confusing layout of dog food, instead of all being in one section together it is all over the place. This was our first visit so we didn't find it easy to find things. Staff not very welcoming either.
Great store! Some excellent stuff in stock, huge choice. Plenty of parking. Staff extremely helpful and very friendly. A young lad called Lee helped me this morning, he couldn't have been nicer or do enough for me. Will be back very soon
