A member of staff called reuben help us pick out a suit and I can honestly say I've never had such exceptional customer service. Ruben was really patient as it took a while to find the right size and really went out of his way to help my boyfriend find a perfect fit for his suit.he was friendly professional and just fantastic. Two lovely girls must have sensed my desperation and were so so lovely. They helped me find something for a Christmas event for this coming Saturday and made me feel so special. “I got a piercing done today and as soon as i walked in the shop i was greeted with a really positive atmosphere. The person that pierced my ear, Gina, was a very welcoming and chatty person who makes you feel really comfortable by getting to know you. Definitely the best experience i’ve had whilst getting a piercing; i would very highly recommend!”

Delivering a wide range of groceries to her door, promptly and free of charge (when Asda havent been able to do the same) this shop truly shows what value a local 'corner shop can add to a community. Well done Mr & Mrs Patel and staff, you're doing a great job.”

“Quick update: The foot traffic this pharmacy has might be huge and has impacted their delivery of medication on a few occasions, based on this, despite their kindness and genuine support, had to relocate. This update does not impact my initial review, as they do their best. (end of edit) Every time I've called this pharmacy, Ive received a pleasant person on the other side! My Flabber is gasted at the poor reviews as this has not been our experience at all! I think one needs to bear in mind that NOT every patient is sunshine and rainbows, and that patients tend to have Very high expectations of those who serve others, whilst NOT meeting their OWN high standards themselves! (Likewise, the same can be true for professionals) This is A gentle reminder to give GRACE to those who serve others, as they are all doing their best, so that we all can have the best. “Great service from friendly father & son team, had two aerials quickly & efficiently fitted, old obsolete aerial was taken down and broken up for disposal, the cable in to the lounge was a very tricky job due to lack of space but not for these lads, very pleased with all aspects & they come highly recommended”

“You could go cheap with bikes and equipment but you will end up regretting it. You’re better off using the professionals as Ajs have always been great with the service they offer and are very knowledgeable and helpful when I’ve needed advice on any purchase and have backed that up with great customer service when something has gone wrong. Plus supporting your independents is what we all need to do.”

“Fantastic experience for my eight year old daughter, the guys piercing her ears were so kind and patient. Pierced her ears at the same time with needles so was over very quickly and she said it was painless,was explained to about the healing process and given plenty of advice.Her ears are healing really well with no issues. Would definitely recommend.”

“I visited this lovely little cafe a few months ago with my newborn. The staff were very welcoming, and despite being short on space, they made some for myself and the pram. My order was taken quickly, food arrived shortly after and was reasonably priced. One lady (sorry, I've forgotten her name but I think she was relatively new) went above and beyond - she saw me breastfeeding my baby shortly after I arrived and made sure I had some water on the table for this. She also made me feel very comfortable feeding in public, which was a really big deal for me as it was actually my first time feeding my baby out! We had a lovely chat about our children, and she really put a smile on my face. Thank you for being so friendly! The only downside was there were no changing facilities for my baby, and the stairs leading to the toilets are very narrow and steep - not particularly disabled friendly. Otherwise, a really great place to visit for lovely food.”
