   All ways used icelands delivery no more I booked a 12.30 to 2.30 slot as has places to be 3 onwards came to delivery time and at 3 I phoned an was told the driver is miles away and had more stops to b4 me I did say if I wanted a later booking I'd booked it an said I have to go out I will have to cancell .and I was told I wouldnt get a refund .called cus service and got my refund .won't ever use em again

   Had a really lovely experience in my local Iceland today. I don’t really tend to shop there but today I popped in for some bits and bobs and now it will definitely become a part of my regular shop! This really lovely girl named Alicia asked me if I needed some help as I looked a bit lost and guided me to the right section and even walked with me to the till as I was unsure how to check out. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better employee when it comes to customer service and satisfaction!!

   Decent size shop, a good variety of products and friendly staff. One thing to watch out for and it's happened to us twice now is that they put things out on offer/reduced price but when you get to the till, it rings through at the original, not on offer price.
