   I visited last week for an Oriental-style back/spine tattoo with Katie, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process, was open to any adjustments I wanted, and she was incredibly accommodating to my needs. The studio has a great atmosphere, and Katie’s artistry is honestly amazing. I’m absolutely in love with my tattoo and couldn’t recommend her more.!

   Fantastic experience for my eight year old daughter, the guys piercing her ears were so kind and patient. Pierced her ears at the same time with needles so was over very quickly and she said it was painless,was explained to about the healing process and given plenty of advice.Her ears are healing really well with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

Alive also work of other artists there while having my done amd they are good at their jobs amd nothing is toondifficult for them. All the staff there are friendly and chatty and have an amazing relationship with each other.

   Went to Base Shade tattoo for the first time today to get my Daith pierced. The shop was beautifully clean and every member of staff was welcoming, engaging and very knowledgeable! It was such a good vibe in there, I didn’t want to leave! One of my friends was in there at the same time having a tattoo and the quality of the piece she was having looked absolutely amazing! Also found out they do tattoo lasering so I will be booking in some sessions and will be back very soon! Would definitely highly recommend this place!

   The guys and girls are amazing the atmosphere is amazing I had a cover up which I didn't think could work..but what did I know Griff the tattooist is a wizard, his art work on my arm ( half sleeve ) was stunning.....much appreciated Griff I will be back for more work
