I spent over 2 years kicking myself and ended up buying a really battered leather version of the sofa to see if I could get some new slipcovers on it. Little did I know, I couldn't just take the leather off and pop a new slip cover on. So I found Terri and she was willing to take on a 4 seater couch redo. She was so patient about me choosing fabrics, talked me through the process, was transparent about pricing and timeframes and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Not only do I have a new version of my favourite old couch back, its even better! She did an incredible job and we got a custom sofa for a fraction of the cost we would have spent even buying one from a mid-range sofa store. “I’ve just bought a car from Croyland Car Megastore, and the experience was great from the beginning to the end. We were helped by Dan Little who was very friendly, efficient and not at all pushy. There were a couple of very minor things which needed dealing with before picking up the car and unfortunately they had not been done when we arrived on the agreed handover day. However Dan got onto the workshop straightaway and the jobs were completed there and then meaning we could still take the car away the same day which was a relief. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive.
