The experience was excellent, you are given an allocated slot, allowing plenty of time for your feet to be measured and trying on. It is so nice to receive dedicated personal service. Really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend DB Shoes to anyone with problem feet. Big thanks to the two ladies in the store.”

“I rarely leave reviews but the customer service at Schu, Rushden Lakes is exceptional. From our point at entry (on a super busy Saturday), we were attended to almost immediately by a friendly staff member who measured all three of my children for school shoes. Another lovely staff member went on to supply us with no less than 5 different pairs for selection, and thoroughly checked the fit too. We left the store only to return about an hour later when a third member of staff processed the sale. Every single person was so incredibly friendly , welcoming and attentive. Customer service levels you’ll rarely find elsewhere… absolute breath of fresh air! Thank you!”
