   Ollie was absolutely brilliant! An item was out of stock in the MK store and online but available at Rushden. The MK store rang ahead and the item was put to the side for me. Kept the doors open a couple minutes after closing as well. Customer service was amazing, super friendly! I’ll be coming back for sure! Thank you again ☺️

   I recently visited the new Pro Cook store in Milton Keynes and had an exceptional experience. My mum uses a mobility scooter, and many stores see her as a problem, but this one didn't. Despite the store being really busy, a member of staff came out to her and asked if she was coming in. They even gave her a goodie bag, which was a lovely touch. I made a purchase of their elite forged pans, and the staff member who had been helping me offered to assist me to the car. He did help me to the car and then told me if I have any issues with the pans to come back. What he told me next blew me away – he was the CEO of the company! This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. I haven't had a chance to use the pans yet, but I am extremely impressed with their quality. Pro Cook has gained a loyal customer in me, and I highly recommend their store to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service!

   Thank you to the always-helpful staff at the Rushden Lakes ProCook store. We are always welcomed with a greeting upon entering the store, which is always immaculate, well-stocked and tidy. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with a pan and sought advice, returned after a few hours and the team swapped out the item as per the guarantee with no issue at all. We were helped mostly by Nadia, who was polite and quick. We will definitely continue to shop here and recommend their products. 10/10, thank you!

   Good selection of kitchen items.. Currently a small sale at the back of the store, but not much money off. Quality kitchenware but at a cost. Too many staff for such a small store, meaning you're constantly asked if you're OK.
