Asked Tom for some help with cholesterol treatment. Enthusiastic, complimentary where required and very informative where required. Asset to retail. We are very short of Toms in the current retail world. Will be back.
Felt I had to write as we visited this branch today and we were greeted by Tom, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products and I immediately felt at ease and was trusting about the information he was giving us . If any one has any queries I would definitely recommend speaking to Tom. An absolute asset to this company and I hope he is appreciated by those in charge because I feel he could go far with his confident positive attitude.
I had a barrage of questions and kept getting called Lovey Sweetie and a variety of endearments as if I was in a relationship with the person. Inappropriate. Exhausted I got my purchase to be told I could buy a repeat item for half price that day. Didn't want it. Have a fantastic rest of the day came next when Please and Thank You would have sufficed.

A medium to large shop, found at the bottom left hand side at Rushden lakes. Parking is free for 5 hours. This shop has plenty to offer, from food to go, to vitamins and protein powder. There's plenty of offers available with alot of buy 1 get 1 half price. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. I find this a good shopping experience with plenty of stock and space within the shop. Worth a visit.
Good selection and staff helpful but they do seem to like shutting early on weekdays by 10-15 mins randomly, so keep that in mind if you are hoping to pop through later in the day.
Served by a fantastic young man 20/12/22. Was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I didn't get his name. But what a treasure hold onto him.
Tom R (blond Tom as he called himself) was fantastic today, really knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Helped me out with some lactase enzymes. A breath of fresh air these days to be served by someone so animated and bubbly. He's a credit to the team.
What a lovely people im looking some tablets for my mom they call all shops around to be honest didn't expect that and they find some stock in Kettering they call them and confirm stock and reserve for me,and i pick up 5 stars well done guys !!!
