   I visited for the first time on a Friday evening. It was quiet and I only had to wait behind one person who was well known by the staff. I was in and out in about 2/3 minutes. My prescription was sent the day before and was ready for collection. They were very organised. My partner has also used this pharmacy and between seeing our GP in Bedford and arriving at the pharmacy 30 minutes later, his prescription was ready. Parking was freely available and getting back out on to the main road wasn’t too much trouble.

   I was very poorly and without help, but the fabulous team kindly packed my shopping list of medicines so I could quickly collect and leave. Amazingly helpful when I was so sick and also didn't want to spend time in there infecting others.

   Understaffed and over subscribed, This pharmacy is no longer fit for purpose. The staff are overwhelmed by the number of people using this facility, the upshot is the service they provide has fallen off a cliff.

   Ordered a very vital prescription for my baby. Was due 4 days later which is slow but accepted it. Only to be told on arrival that for some reason they had forgot to order it. This isn't something that can be missed and it was due the following day. Never known such an awful place. Also the woman that runs it could not care less and has no customer service skills

   Good attention, but really disappointed with the service of this pharmacy, due to I have received my prescription for a non special medicine, and after wait for a while to be attended as is normal, they have told me to call them back later, or the day after, as the medicine I had required it needed to be ordered; up to that point is understandable, so did call next day to know if my medicine was been arrived, and at first point the girl who answered the phone has told me that I'll need to call them back later same day to check if they did received it, or wait until next day to collect it, but at the same moment she did change her explanation saying that I needed to go and pick up my prescription because the medicine it was out of stock. It is absolutely unacceptable that you can not get a medicine which it's needed under prescription in your local pharmacy or even that their advice be go to any other pharmacy far away from your local area.I wasn't requiring my medicine urgent,I could wait few days more to get it, but they don't gave me even that option Do I pay my taxes to not receive the minimum service in my local area? I don't really understand how can be this happen. I feel really upset, hence my opinion about the service in this pharmacy.
