   I found some of the staff not very engaging to busy on their work phone. When asked where something was I was told briefly not shown at all. One member of staff was helpful as she could be. Great for all you're essentials maybe just not the staff.

   I went into Hobbycraft recently to buy a photo frame, but I didn’t have the dimensions—only a picture of the style I was after. When I asked for help, Emma went above and beyond. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she personally took me to the back of the store to show me where the frames were. When I still wasn’t sure which one I needed, she carefully inspected the picture I had and noticed a subtle difference in the edging. Thanks to her keen eye and great product knowledge, I was able to find the exact frame I needed and avoid making another trip. Emma was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind—I’m extremely grateful for her help!

   Great range of craft supplies. Often have promotional sales for better value. Offer click and collect as well as in store browsing for convenience. Slightly separate from the main shopping area, smaller car park often fills up early.

   Visited Saturday, late afternoon, moderately busy. My partner needed wool and stuffing for knitted woollen toy. The site is very busy for traffic, fortunately Hobbycraft is near the entrance of parking ( which is free!) And easier to negotiate. Lots of dogs about ( all well behaved) because of the surrounding features.
